"Shipping was quicker than I expected"
I ordered a couple of massage supplies and, from what I remember, they got here a bit sooner than I was expecting. The tracking updates were easy to follow, and the box showed up in good shape. It wasn’t like overnight-fast or anything, but thinking back on it, the whole shipping experience was smooth. I’d order from them again.

"Solid supplies for my massage room"
I’ve been ordering my sheets, oils, and bolsters from Massage Warehouse for my practice, they’ve been really dependable. Everything feels professional-grade and holds up well after regular use, which matters a lot to me. If you’re working with clients, I think it’s only right to use supplies that are clean, comfortable, and not cheaply thrown together. Shipping was smooth too, so I really don’t have any complaints.

I order supplies for our massage room in larger quantities, and my experience with Massage Warehouse was smooth. I was able to add multiple packs, compare sizes, and get through the order without feeling like I was clicking all over the site. Based on this order, it seems like a good option if you’re stocking up instead of just grabbing one or two things.
Shipping went fine, and everything arrived together, which makes a big difference when you’re trying to save time. The pricing also seemed better when buying in bulk. Nothing overly fancy about the process, but it worked the way I needed it to, so I’d use them again...

The first thing that stood out to me was that shipping didn’t cost a ton. Compared to other places I’ve ordered from, it was cheap, which made me feel good about the purchase overall. Happy with my order.

I found most of the massage supplies I was looking for, which was nice. One of the oils I wanted was sold out, but everything else shipped without any issues. Overall, I’d recommend checking them out if you need massage supplies.

"Pretty good table, maybe a little on the heavy side"
I got a massage table from Massage Warehouse a few weeks ago, and so far I’d say it’s been solid. The padding is firm but still comfortable enough, and the frame feels sturdy, at least from the amount I’ve used it so far.
The only thing I wasn’t totally expecting is that it’s a little heavier to carry around than I’d hoped. It’s not a huge deal, though, and overall I’m still happy with it. I’d probably buy it again.

"They fixed the damaged item insanely fast"
I ordered a few things from Massage Warehouse, and one of the items showed up damaged in the box. i’m 100% sure it was just one of those random shipping things, so I emailed them with a couple pictures and figured I’d see what happened.
They got back to me really fast and made the whole thing ridiculously easy. No back-and-forth nonsense, no making me prove my entire life story. They sent out a replacement, and I had tracking not long after.
I was absolutely expecting some kind of hassle, but nope, they handled it perfectly. Like, without question, this is exactly how customer service should be. Easy 5 stars from me.

I grabbed a few massage supplies from Massage Warehouse and used one of their discount codes, which made the total cheaper than a couple other sites I looked at. Shipping was reasonable too, so no complaints there. They seem to run promos fairly often, so I’d definitely recommend checking them out when you need to stock up and want to save a bit

I’ve ordered from massagewarehouse.com quite a few times now for things like sheets, oils, and little supplies for my treatment room. Compared to a couple other places I’ve tried, they’ve been a lot more consistent, and I’ve never had any strange surprises with my orders.
There was one time an item was backordered, but they let me know quickly, so it wasn’t a big deal. Overall, it’s been a dependable site for me, and I like that I don’t have to second-guess whether my supplies will show up when expected.

I ordered a few lotions and massage oils from massagewarehouse.com, and I’ve been really happy with them so far. I’m usually cautious about trying new products on clients because I don’t want to deal with anything too greasy, heavily scented, or irritating, but these have been solid. The texture is nice, they absorb well, and there’s no weird overpowering smell. My clients seem to like them too, which is always the main test for me. Shipping was fine and everything arrived as expected. I’d feel comfortable ordering again.
